Terms of Service
I. Commission Process.
1. Email me or DM me on Twitter/X with your commission idea, and I will to get back to you with a quote/confirm your commission request.
2. Once we come to an agreement on the commission and it's price, I will put together a PayPal invoice and send it to you.
3. Updates will be sent at every step of the commission (sketch, line art, colours and final)
4. The time it takes to complete a commission may vary. If there is a delay you will be notified. Once it is finished -and any outstanding payments are made- I will give you a high resolution image of your commissionII. Payment
All Payments are made through PayPal Invoices.
All Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

I accept either 100% payment up front or 50% up front, and 50% on completionIII.Copyright and Usage
For the Artist:
I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, which includes but not limited to: self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples.
I do not take credit for ownership or design of your character(s) featured in the commission.For the Client:
Commissions are for personal use only.
Using your commission in blockchain technology (NFT or any other forms of crypto-currency) is strictly prohibited.
Putting commissions in any kind of AI, or art-generated website/ tools (i.e. Midjourney, Mimic, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Selling copies of the commissioned image is strictly prohibited.
If you are found to be doing any of the prohibited actions from above, you will be blacklisted.IV. Cancellation and Refund
The Client retains the right to cancel a commission at anytime or to put the commission on hold until a later date.
